We measure how the website is used with EasyAnalytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why you are not asked to consent to it. It records no personal data. When you open a page it records:
We also count successfully sent contact-form enquiries (excluding submissions blocked by our spam checks), and taps on WhatsApp links. Each enquiry event contains only its kind (form or WhatsApp) and the page it came from. We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or anything typed into the form to EasyAnalytics.
We count visits without cookies. To tell how many different people visit each day, our analytics (EasyAnalytics) makes a one-day code from your internet address and browser details; the code is replaced every night, cannot be linked across days, and nothing is stored on your device.
Your IP address is never stored. It is used at the moment of your visit to work out your country and to make a scrambled visitor code, and is then discarded. That code is made with a secret that is replaced every night, so the same visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next or across different websites. There is no cross-site tracking, no profiling and no advertising use, and the data is never sold or shared. Anything that looks like personal data (an email address, phone number, card number or access token) is removed from web addresses before anything is stored. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, you are not counted at all. The figures are kept for two years and then deleted.

Each consent record keeps the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and how you gave it (ticking the box on our website form, a list we imported with a note of how consent was collected, or a note we made on your contact record).
To stop WhatsApp messages, contact us using our contact form. This stops all marketing from us on every channel. You will stay on our do-not-contact list unless you ask us to contact you again.
